BASIC Foot Disinfection Trough with Continuous-Flow Chamber

With the BASIC continuous-flow foot disinfection station, we offer an efficient, hygienically sound, and cost-effective solution for disinfecting the soles of shoes, boots, and clogs using a continuous-flow process. This hygiene station is ideally suited for use in small- to medium-sized production facilities in butcher shops, the pharmaceutical industry, and the food industry, where there is a high volume of personnel at the start of each shift. Using a bypass-proof continuous-flow process, employees’ soles are thoroughly disinfected in the shortest possible time. The disinfection basin is followed by a drip zone that catches excess liquid.

The footbath is also equipped with a double-sided stainless steel handrail, as well as an automatic water supply and a dosing pump. The disinfection unit is available in 3 different lengths (see options).

The disinfection station with a drip zone protects access to sensitive production areas by requiring all employees to walk through the disinfectant solution before entering. An automatic dosing pump ensures that the cleaning solution maintains your desired concentration at all times. In addition, the system automatically ensures that the disinfection basin is always at the correct fill level . The BASIC walk-through sole disinfection trough guarantees hygienically sound disinfection of the soles.

The drip zone located after the disinfection basin catches any liquid dripping from the shoes. By gently tapping the shoes against the grating , most of the excess moisture is collected before it is carried into the sensitive production areas. The side-mounted disinfectant canister holder is included as standard.

To ensure employee safety, the disinfection system is equipped with slip-resistant grating and features stainless steel handrails on both sides. In addition, removable steps are installed before and after the foot disinfection tray, allowing users to enter and exit the system comfortably. The height of the system and the steps can be individually adjusted using stainless steel adjustable feet.

The disinfection station is made entirely of stainless steel and is characterized by its high durability and long service life. Thanks to its functional, hygienic design and the automatic supply of water and disinfectant, the maintenance and cleaning requirements for this system are kept to a minimum.

The BASIC flow-through footbath disinfection unit is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, and small parts, as well as on-site installation, are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be carried out, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
