The NASS 750 sole cleaner sluice is ideally suited for use at entrances to sensitive production areas. Thanks to its reliable removal of lubricants and oil, this sole cleaning system is highly suitable for industrial production facilities.
As people walk across the mat, the soles of their shoes are thoroughly cleaned mechanically and with water by patented brush strips arranged at an angle (ProfilGate Go). The addition of disinfectants and/or cleaning agents supplements the mechanical cleaning with chemical cleaning.

The NASS 750 sole cleaning mat uses a guided path to ensure that the user must take several steps across the cleaning area. The stainless steel handrails mounted on the sides provide a secure grip and ensure that users walk the entire length of the sole cleaning machine.
With its angled bristles , the patented ProfilGate Go brush system removes all contaminants from the soles of shoes and boots. The use of cleaning and disinfecting agents allows for the addition of a chemical component to the mechanical cleaning process, ensuring thorough sole cleaning. The type of cleaning can be determined by the level of the cleaning fluid in the stainless steel lower tray. A liquid level above the top edge of the grate results in an intensive wet cleaning of the shoe soles. A liquid level below the grate edge wets the shoe soles thanks to the capillary action of the bristles. The footbath can also be used without liquid for dry sole cleaning.
The shoe-cleaning mat is available in two different lengths. The shorter version with one cleaning zone (length approx. 1 meter) is suitable for less-trafficked side entrances. The longer version, with 2 cleaning zones (length approx. 2 meters), is the ideal solution for heavily used entrances and exits. The double length requires users to take more steps on the active cleaning zone, ensuring even more thorough cleaning.
To prevent moisture from being carried into other areas of the facility, we recommend using highly absorbent floor mats immediately after the sole-cleaning station. These mats absorb the moisture clinging to the soles and are characterized by their high absorption capacity.
