The Sohlen TROCKEN 650 footbath, made of stainless steel, is particularly well-suited for entrances to sensitive areas that need to be protected against water carry-over. This includes production facilities, exits leading to restroom areas, or entrances to office spaces. A sole-drying airlock is ideal for use after shoes have been wet-cleaned via a manual work-shoe washing station or a hygiene station. This sole-cleaning airlock is primarily designed for the soles of work shoes, boots, and other heavy-duty footwear. However, the system works flawlessly for all shoes without heels. The drying chamber is available in two different lengths (see options).
The TROCKEN 650 sole cleaner sluice effectively reduces the spread of liquid. This is ensured by the DryPad, an ultra-absorbent, high-performance nonwoven fabric stretched over a special VA grate. The micro-serrated textile fibers actively draw moisture from the soles through capillary action and dry them in a matter of seconds as the wearer steps onto the nonwoven fabric. Multiple contacts between the shoe soles and the nonwoven fabric ensure effective drying.
The sole dryer is extremely portable, as it can be easily transported to its destination using a pallet jack and stowed away again after use. This allows it to be transported to the required location depending on the amount of moisture. Since it is equipped with a drain valve, the Sohlen Trocken does not require a direct water connection but can be conveniently emptied at a designated location after use.
The drying airlock is equipped with handrails on both sides to ensure high stability and guide users through the passage. The entire structure is made of high-quality stainless steel, allowing it to easily withstand the harsh conditions found in production facilities and entry areas.
