Walk-through Sole Cleaning Machine

The “Sole cleaner sluice ” is designed so that a small number of people per shift can quickly and thoroughly clean their soles and sole edges in the shortest possible time. This shoe sole cleaner is equipped with two special brushes that ensure hygienically flawless cleaning of shoe soles and edges. The machine is made of high-quality 1.4031 stainless steel and features a robust construction. This walk-through sole cleaner is suitable for work shoes, clogs, and boots.

A sturdy handrail ensures that employees have a secure footing while the sole cleaning is being performed. The steps at the front and back (not shown in the picture) provide additional safety and make it easy to enter and exit the sole cleaner sluice.

The rotation of the brushes is triggered by a sensor mounted in the handrail of the sole cleaner . The cleaning process starts automatically when a person steps onto the machine. As work shoes rub against the nylon bristles of the sole-cleaning brush and the disc brushes mounted on the sides, all debris is removed from the shoes. Throughout the entire cleaning process, a mixture of water and cleaning solution is sprayed onto the brushes via several nozzles. This combination ensures that the soles and sole edges are thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning solution is dispensed automatically via an individually adjustable injector.

If there are a large number of people per shift, we recommend a continuous-flow sole cleaner (e.g., our ECO continuous-flow sole cleaner). The reason for this is that with a large number of people per shift, there should be no wait times, which can be avoided by using a sole cleaning machine with long brushes.

The “Sluice” sole cleaner is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
